✪Blog's creator

Back in early 2010, we felt there had to be an easier way to educate people on their rights when dealing with the Children's Aid Societies in Ontario at No Cost to the citizens and not require any personal information to access the site.

We had to create something that would bring all of the laws, information and services into one centralized place and make it free for all of Ontario's Citizens to access on every platform from PC's to Mobile Devices.

With tons of research and long nights between the Facebook Group and creating the blog and finding the right people to help along the way, people who were also knowledgeable in this field.

Soon ideas started to take shape. We also needed to find a platform to host this without it costing us money as we are taking no donations from anybody as keeping it free to everybody was very important to us. We found Google had the answer with their blogger which was created 11 years earlier and had evolved quite significantly over the 11 years before we found it.

Now we had a platform to host it on and the idea of how we wanted it to go, and all that was left to do was the scripting as we needed to keep the bandwidth down for the mobile users at the time as data was not as cheap as it is today.

On May 1st 2010 we had it all setup and online ready for testing in both the PC and Mobile Devices formats. Over the next 14 days we worked out all the bugs and testing it for bandwidth on mobile devices and on May 15th 2010 the CAS ONTARIO Blog was launched.

To this day the CAS ONTARIO Blog has grown significantly and is now in over 100 languages, the information provided is vast and kept up to date, The information has been tested with 1000s of people from the Facebook group and the information we created was created in a way that it would only help good parents and not the bad ones as long as the judge did their job to the best of their ability then the information would be useless to the bad parents. And to this day all the information still remains free and no personal information is collected.

We are proud of what we created back in May of 2010 and the amount of people that it has helped moving forward over the years.

The CAS ONTARIO Blog© holds itself to very high standards and has done so since early 2010 and will continue to do so long into the future. The CAS ONTARIO Blog© does not accept donations of any kind, we never have, and never will.
